In January 2018, Myanmar's Second Vice President Hunter Banyuti visited the "Island Wharf" project and made important instructions: affirm that the wharf project is a good project for the people of Danlao and even the whole of Myanmar, and hope that we can overcome all difficulties and accelerate our work.
In September 2018, Myanmar Sanyou Group was established. Joint venture with Myanmar PPT Group and Singapore Sanyou Group (Myanmar Sanyou Mariculture Company) opened the first step of the marine industry sector.
In November 2018, Singaporean Yaohua Group, Myanmar Qichang Group and Myanmar Hongding Group were established. Singapore Yaohua Group was established with Chongqing Yaohua Group to jointly develop Degong Golf Project; Myanmar Red Top Company was established with Myanmar Baoyun Group and Yaohua Group to jointly develop many projects in Lama; Myanmar Qichang Group was established with Chongqing Qichang Group, Yaohua Group and Myanmar PPT Group to open the second shrimp breeding project.
In December 2018, it became the chairman unit of Myanmar Chinese Chamber of Commerce, the vice chairman unit of Myanmar Chinese Chamber of Commerce Real Estate Branch.

Myanmar South Asia Runyue Investment Group was founded
In June 2017, a joint venture company was established with the North Control City Investment Group (Myanmar South Asia Runyue Investment Group) to promote marine wharf projects and Yangon real estate projects.
